When you book, you choose your vehicle tier (Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV, or Group Van). We then assign the best available vehicle from that tier based on your specific needs – passengers, luggage, and trip type. All vehicles in each tier are equal quality.

Yes. We replace our fleet regularly to maintain quality and reliability. Every vehicle is 2-3 years old maximum, professionally maintained, and detailed before every pickup. No old worn-out cars. You’ll never get a 10-year-old vehicle with 400,000km on it.

Fair question. Uber gives you whatever random car shows up, could be 2015 Camry with 350,000km. You get whatever driver accepts the ride. Surge pricing hits $180+ at peak times. We give you guaranteed luxury vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Audi) 2-3 years old max. Professional drivers with 20+ years experience. Fixed pricing, no surge ever. You know exactly what you’re getting before you book.

Most chauffeur companies have mixed fleets. Some nice cars, some okay cars, some old ones. You book “luxury sedan” and might get 2019 Camry or 2024 S-Class. You don’t know until driver arrives. Our entire fleet is 2023-2025 luxury brands only. No budget vehicles. No surprises. Lowest tier is Lexus ES (which is still premium). We replace vehicles every 2-3 years.

For groups of 8+, we arrange our Lux Mercedes Sprinter. This vehicle is luxurious and able to transport up to 16 passengers at once. For very large groups (17+ people for corporate events or weddings), we can coordinate multiple vehicles with timing to ensure everyone arrives together.
